Print Purchase Conditions

Anytime that you order a print from Scenic Sensations, you agree to be bound by the following conditions of purchase.

Your purchase is subject to a conditional money back guarantee. You may take up to 10 days to examine the print that was sent in response to your order. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to the print being received damaged, it may be returned and we will immediately ship a replacement to you. However, if you wish to return the print for any other reason, it may be returned to us but refunds will be subject to a penalty of 20% of the original purchase price. This is to defer the costs already incurred by Scenic Sensations.

Your purchase is also guaranteed not to suffer from undue fading from exposure to normal light conditions. However, you are expected to take proper care of the print by not exposing it to continued direct sunlight without protection. If the print does fade in an unacceptable manner, we will replace the print with a new print of the same image.

If you wish to have your print signed, please let us know at time of ordering and indicate if you want it signed on the face in the white border along the bottom edge, or on the back. It will be hand-signed by the photographer. In addition, an information sheet will accompany each print detailing the story of the shot as to where and when it was taken and some comments surrounding the circumstances of the image.

Any Print you order from us will be sent in a durable mailing tube, and sent insured. This will ensure that you both receive your purchase and will receive it in perfect condition. We will take all precautions to ensure that it is not delivered damaged.

Our prices always indicate related shipping and handling costs.

Any costs associated with Customs duties or processing fees for shipments to destinations outside of Canada will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.


Returns:

If you wish to return your purchase, you must contact us for arrangements before actually shipping it to Scenic Sensations or else the shipment will not be accepted by us and will be marked as "Return to Sender". Please note that returns will not be processed for any prints that you have altered in any manner whatsoever. The print must be in like-new condition when we receive it unless damage has resulted from our initial shipping in which case proof may be requested for such damage. Shipping & handling costs are not refundable. Your shipment of the print back to us must be insured.
